New Clients
It is helpful for us if you have a record of your pet’s past medical
history. We will also need you to fill out a New Client Form,
which gives us a good idea about you and your pet. To save time, you
can print it out and bring it in with you to your visit or come five to
ten minutes before your appointment to fill it out. Surgery Patients
Any pets going under anesthesia for a procedure need to be held off of
food for 12 hours prior to dropping off. They are also to be held off
of water the morning of the procedure. We recommend pre-anesthetic
blood work be done on all animals going under anesthesia. All blood
work is additional to the cost of your surgical procedures. It is our
policy to administer pain medication to all animals undergoing surgery.
We will gladly provide you with a computer estimate of your fees. This
may be of importance to you since all fees are due at the time services
are rendered.
To save time during your drop off procedures, you may print out the Surgical Authorization Form
and bring it in with you. Please plan on spending five to ten minutes
to drop off your pet. All animals having medical procedures done while
the owners are not present are required to meet with a member of our
medical staff before leaving their pet.
